A direct route to the Main Office, please select Routes 2 and 9. Administration, Emergency Preparedness, Planning and Response, Environmental Health, Health Education and Community Outreach, and Family and Community Health Services which includes: Adult Immunization Travel Program, Childhood Immunizations, Children’s Special Health Care Services, Clinic Services, Communicable Disease Control/Prevention, Hearing and Vision Screening, Lead Testing, Maternal Infant Health (MIHP), and Women, Infant, and Children’s Supplemental Food Program (WIC).
