Vision and Hearing Screenings

Walk-in, free, vision and hearing screenings are available for children entering kindergarten this fall on the following Mondays only; March 27 and April 3 from 10:30am-5:30pm. Or by appointment, call (810) 987-5300.

Administration, Emergency Preparedness, Planning and Response, Environmental Health, Health Education and Community Outreach, and Family and Community Health Services which includes: Adult Immunization Travel Program, Childhood Immunizations, Children’s Special Health Care Services, Clinic Services, Communicable Disease Control/Prevention, Hearing and Vision Screening, Lead Testing, Maternal Infant Health (MIHP), and Women, Infant, and Children’s Supplemental Food Program (WIC).
