There will be a temporary pause in some services from June 2 – 6.  During this time, some services may not be available or will be offered remotely.

Individuals are encouraged to call first if they have questions about a certain service or program. The main phone number is (810) 987-5300. Phone lines will continue to be operational during this time.


Environmental Health (EH) Services:

  • Call EH at (810) 987-5306 for specific program questions.

 

  • Those bringing water samples in (the week of June 2 – 6) can drop them off in the depository located next to the front door of our current building (3415 28th Street). Starting the week of June 9, all water samples can be returned to the front desk of the new location (220 Fort Street, Port Huron).

 

Clinical Nursing Services:

  • Regular services for Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP), Children’s Special Heath Care Services (CSHCS), Lead, Safe Sleep, and Communicable Disease (CD) will offer telehealth services.

 

  • Regular services in Women, Infants and Children (WIC), Personal Health Services, Immunizations, and Harm Reduction will be paused. Individuals with emergent needs in these particular services/programs and in communicable disease should call and speak to program staff for further evaluation.

 

Outreach Services:

  • Services are paused, however individuals can call with questions.

 


The St. Clair County Health Department will be opening to the public on Monday, June 9, 2025 at its new location.
