Clinic Closures and Resources
The St. Clair County Health Department (SCCHD) ceased services at several school-based health clinics effective September 1, 2025. This decision followed a directive in a memo released August 1, 2025.
Services at the following school clinic locations have been discontinued:
- Algonac Counseling and Medical Clinic
- Capac School Wellness
- Marysville School Wellness
- Yale Counseling and Medical Clinic
Health services will continue to be available at the following SCCHD-operated locations:
- Teen Health
Located on the campus of Port Huron High School
2215 Court Street, Port Huron, MI 48060 - Capac Counseling Center
Located on the campus of Capac Elementary School
351 W. Kempf Ct, Capac, MI 48014 - St. Clair County Health Department – Main Building
220 Fort Street, Port Huron, MI 48060
Community members and students are encouraged to access care at these remaining locations. SCCHD remains committed to delivering high-quality health services to the residents of St. Clair County.
