Who is Eligable:

St. Clair County residents.

Services Offered:

Vaccines available for eligible infants, children, adolescents, and adults include Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio, Hemophilus influenza type b (HIB), Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, Influenza, COVID-19, Meningococcal ACWY, Meningococcal B, Rotavirus, Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) monoclonal antibody, Respiratory syncytial virus vaccine (RSV), Streptococcus pneumoniae (PCV), Varicella, and Zoster.

Payment and Fee Information:

  • Service Fees: Vaccines are provided via a low-cost, sliding-fee schedule. Current pricing is available by contacting the department.
  • Insurance: Medicaid and most private insurance plans are accepted.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (credit or debit).
  • Transaction Fees: Transactions made via credit or debit card are subject to the following:
    • Base Fee: A $1.50 charge applies to all card transactions.
    • Convenience Fee: A 2.75% fee applies to all total amounts exceeding $54.00.

Note: A full breakdown of the final payment amount, including all applicable fees, is available upon request prior to processing.

Main Office and Teen Health

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM on the first Monday of each month.
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM remaining Mondays through Fridays by appointment.

Services are provided by appointment; walk-ins are accommodated as the schedule allows.

Main Location

Call our main office at (810) 987-5300 for appointments. For WIC appointments, call (810) 987-8222. Blue Water Area Transit Public Transportation System, includes bus routes and information. Administration, Emergency Preparedness, Planning and Response, Environmental Health, Health Education and Community Outreach, and Family and Community Health Services which includes: Adult Immunization Travel Program, Childhood Immunizations, Children’s Special Health Care Services, Clinic Services, Communicable Disease Control/Prevention, Hearing and Vision Screening, Lead Testing, Maternal Infant Health (MIHP), and Women, Infant, and Children’s Supplemental Food Program (WIC).

Teen Health

On the campus of Port Huron High School. Entrance is located by the Court Street Pool and tennis courts off 20th Street. Mailing Address: 3415 28th Street Port Huron, MI 48060 Blue Water Area Transit Public transportation system, includes bus routes and information. A direct route to the Teen Health Center, please select Routes 1 and 3. Medical clinic providing acute and chronic health care to adolescents, 10-21 years of age.
