Annual Report Summary Overview
Public Act 347 of 2012 implemented numerous amendments to the Public Employee Retirement System Investment Act, Public Act 314 of 1965 as amended including the requirement of an annual summary report that will provide an overview of the Retirement Pension System and how it operates. We hope you will find the information useful and informative.Â
As a summary cannot cover all the details of the Retirement System, additional information, including the Retirement System Ordinance, the actuarial valuations, and audited financials can be obtained from the St. Clair County Human Resource office or accessed via the St. Clair County website.
