Lead Testing Program

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Children 12 months to 6 years of age.

SERVICES OFFERED:
Education and simple capillary blood test (finger stick) for children 12 months to 6 years old at risk for lead poisoning.

WHO PAYS:
Medicaid covered including Qualified Health Plans.
Other insurances billed if covered service.
For those without insurance coverage - $20.00.
The Health Department accepts VISA, MC and Discover (both credit and debit). If you choose to complete your transaction using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or a debit card, a base fee of $3.95 or 2.5% convenience fee, whichever is greater, will be added to your total. Before you pay, upon request, we can provide you with the total of the payment amount, including the fee.

HOURS:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM on the first Monday of each month.
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM remaining Mondays through Friday by appointment.
