If you would like to apply for a Public Defender to assist you after your arraignment, please fill out the application form and submit to our office.

Waiver of Arraignment
If you choose to waive your Circuit Court Arraignment, please complete the form, sign and return to the Public Defenders Office by mail, drop off, fax (810) 985-2308, or email.
