Auction Flyer, print and post all over in restaurants, hair salons any business that will allow it

Kick Off Letter And Checklist, description of what documents are available

• Council Auction Incentive Form, all clubs must have this on file yearly
• To Whom It May Concern, an okay to solicit letter
• 4-H Donor Letter, explains about the auction and monies raised
• Auction Donor Thank You/Item Tag Form, used to tag items, and Council send thank you to donor
• Item Tags, 4 per page, note: thank you’s will not be sent to donors from this form
• Gift Certificate Blanks, if a business does not have their own, use this one
• Thank You Sign, leave with business so they can hang in their window
