Vehicle Immobilization

Certain offenders may be ordered to have their vehicle immobilized as a term of their sentence, in order to comply with statutory requirements. The 72nd District Court Probation Department does conduct the immobilizations for the 72nd District Court, either by securing the vehicle with an immobilization device or by referring to a professional company that provide the service.
