Community Dental Plan offers dental services at a reduced fee for people
without dental insurance. If you are eligible, your membership includes an
initial visit with a participating dentist that will include x-rays, an exam, a
treatment plan and access to reduce rates for treatment.

Dental Cleaning & Fluoride Program
WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Children pre-school to grade 12 in the school setting during the school year.
SERVICES OFFERED:
Registered Dental Hygienist will clean teeth and apply fluoride to the surface
of teeth. In addition, children will receive instruction in good dental hygiene
practices and healthy eating habits.
WHO PAYS:
Medicaid, Healthy Kids, MiChild or fee for services.
HOURS:
Scheduled in most public and private schools in St. Clair County. Watch
newspaper for monthly schedule. Information sent home from school with child.
